Pinot Noir 2015 This Pinot is not intended to quench your thirst. Give it time to breathe and smell in the chalice. Darker sour cherry colour with a brick tone at the edge. Red berries in the nose, raisins, little plums and a pinch of pepper. Fresh, juicy, long taste. Elegance and nobility in each sip.
(Sommelier Tomáš Vyšvader)
Pinot Noir is an ancient French variety probably coming from Burgundy, traditionally used for production of red and rosé wines. The name “Pinot” comes from the French word “pin” that means “stone pine” tree. Grapes of this variety are relatively small, and their appearance may remind of still closed pine cone. “Noir” means black, what is used to name blue varieties in France.
