Only summer? No, definitely also in spring, beautiful autumn or a cold winter...
it will enchant you. A light pink colour, typical for marshmallow. A tutti-frutti candy in your nose …forest strawberries, raspberries, sweetish tones of overripen redcurrant berries. Mouth full of cassis tones, whether fruits or dried leaves. Expressive, juicy taste, rounded with amazingly harmonic sugar.
...and definitely save one bottle to let it mature to its beauty.

If you have already heard about interesting history of origin of many wines, then Cabernet Sauvignon, the traditional French variety, is the oldest. It is said that they could have planted it in France already at the times of Roman colonisation; in a worse case :) it comes from crossing with some of Antic varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon is a very popular must variety of vine used for production of red wines. It ranks among top 4 worldwide popular red wines together with Syrah, Pinot Noir and Merlot. It has achieved it not only thanks to its smell and taste, but also to its good adaptability to various climatic conditions and soils.
Rosé wine is made of blue grapes. After milling, it is left on skins for a certain time while they release their colour to dye the grape juice. This process usually takes 6 – 10 hours. But with this wine, it was strange because after 10 hours it still had colour of a white wine – this was caused by very cold grapes. This Cabernet had to lie on skins for 28 hours to become like a rosé.
It is an ideal partner for long hot days and nights, either for one chalice but I am confident that one bottle won’t be enough.
We are really sorry. The new vintage will be ordered in the spring of 2019.
