Goldish colour of rising sun, warm and attraction, waiting for beautiful maturing. In aroma, the first touch was in tones of undercooled pear brandy. This wine needs time to breath and to become open, then aromas of yellow French butter pears, yellow and inside orange Cantaloupe melon, or well ripen papaya, and a soft tone of vanilla that joins all these aromas to an amazing complex. Amazing full honey taste, soft sweetness underlined with wood game that becomes even softer as time passes and then it interconnects with this amazing drink. Acids assures that this wine will last for a long time. The aftertaste changes from fine grapefruit tastes to baked caramelised apples.

Perhaps another aristocrat? The name of this variety is derived from the village of Chardonnay in Burgundy in eastern France. The name itself comes from Latin Cardonnacum that means a land in property of the man named Cardus and it originated at the end of the Roman Empire. However, there is a little bug. Simultaneously, this name describes a place overgrown by thistles. And to have even more mysteries, some experts think that Chardonnay comes from the region of Mâconnais where is situated the village of Chardonnay but it could have spread to the world from another part of Burgundy, from the region of Chablis.
